We offer both live and simulcast training options in English and Spanish, along with flexible scheduling so you can achieve your training requirements quickly and in a cost effective manner.  With decades of Training experience, OSHA-10, 30, and Fire Watch, are just a few of the 30+ in-person and virtual training classes we provide our Maritime and Construction industry clients. 

If you require Occupational Health Services such as drug screens, respirator fit testing, and medical evaluations, they are conveniently located at our training facilities and can even be scheduled in conjunction with various training classes.

Training – Our History

Metropolitan Solutions offers comprehensive Health and Safety training programs that have been rigorously vetted and approved by numerous state agencies and the United States Department of Labor. Our classes are available in various formats, including computer-based training (CBT) and innovative two-way video instruction. This technology enables students in multiple cities to participate in live sessions, engage directly with instructors, and benefit from real-time interaction. Additionally, we provide traditional classroom training at our office locations in Portsmouth, VA, San Diego, CA, and Bremerton, WA.
